"Serve Others as You would Serve Yourself"
The newspapers and TV are constantly painting a picture of doom and gloom for the South African  economy. However, one thing is for sure, South Africans love their holidays. Every resort I phone I  check for availability of accommodation for the July school holidays tells me “Sorry, we are FULL!”  It just shows that holidays are important to us, and why not? We work hard all year round and we  definitely deserve a break. To get away with the family; to meet new people and make new friends; or  just to get away and laze around and take a well-deserved rest from the usual hurly burly of your daily  job. By not taking a holiday can take a toll on your health, piling on tension and stress with very little  relief. A Holiday is better than medicine.  Timeshare has developed over the last 30 years into a “must have” product, like everyone should have a  fridge, a car, and so on. It has become a status symbol and I hear it all the time, “we just got back  from our timeshare in the berg, or from the Cape.”   Today it is possible for most folk to own a timeshare as the prices we offer are definitely “dirt cheap.”  Once one gets over the initial purchase price and transfer costs you are left with the annual levy. The  annual levy is definitely cheaper than staying in in a particular resort of the same quality and usually  works out to two days of the al tariff charge giving you, so to speak, five days of free holidays. All  resorts offer an easy to pay package for you to handle your levy. Magaliespark, for example, allows you  to pay the levy off on a monthly basis at 1% interest. This like saving for your holiday.  If you exchange wisely you can get a timeshare in a quality timeshare resort where the daily charge  exceeds the levy that you are paying at your resort by far.  VISIT THE HOT SPECIALS PAGE TO SEE THE LIST OF WEEKS THAT ARE UP FOR SALE Contact Details: PO Box 6235 Westgate 1734, Republic of South Africa.
